Inside Sales – Account Representative
RedSky Technologies, an E911 software solutions company based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to lead sales and business development initiatives within the existing customer base. You will work directly with existing business partners and customers as well as our regional sales directors to qualify opportunities and ultimately close business.
RedSky Technologies is the leading provider of on-premise and cloud-based E911 solutions. In 1999, we developed and patented the first automated software application to manage 911 location data. As technology has evolved, we have kept pace with emerging voice technology to meet the requirements of modern enterprises. Our E911 enterprise-class software is used by 50 of the Fortune 500 companies. Using state-of-the-art software development languages and frameworks, our solutions are designed to run in the most secure enterprise, government and virtual environments.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, and closing sales.
• Proactively contacting decision makers to introduce and promote products and service
• Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
• Update existing customers on new features and offerings.
• Provides post trade show support by calling trade show leads, sending emails and updating database
• Check customer usage regularly to understand customer habit in using our services and changes to their network.
• Demonstrates full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and has the ability to communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity
• Developing quotations that meet specific customer needs
• Coordinating with Sales Directors, Support and Account Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining and expanding the company’s CRM databases
• Cold calling to initiate new account development within several different programs
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Experience working with CRM Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven inside sales experience a plus
